The customers of DigiRehab are the municipalities homecare departments. DigiRehab helps them with training programs for the caretakers to assist seniors with their app for training.
The social and health care assistants need to know why the seniors need to train at home, and how to use the app to support them. Sadly, they often lack IT skills and work under strict timelines. That’s why DigiRehab started looking for an efficient way of teaching them those skills fast, so that they could solely focus on providing care and other important tasks.
DigiRehab wanted a solution, where the courses can easily be distributed to different customers on their own channels and the courses can be personalized to match the customers’ needs. They also wanted a European-based training solutions provider to ensure complete GDPR compliance.
The DigiRehab’s chairman Martin Sattrup Christensen heard about the uQualio end user training platform and decided to try it out, and found that it was NOT like the usual “HR-monster” eLearning tool. It is really operational, simple, and result oriented.
